How the machine reaches you

Every machine is built at our factory in Himatnagar, Gujarat, tested with water and gas before it leaves, then packed in a wooden crate with foam padding around the compressor and carbonator.

• Within Gujarat: delivered by our own vehicle.
• Rest of India: sent by insured transport with a docket number you can track.
• Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep: sent by transport up to the nearest hub, then by local carrier or ship.

You get the docket number on WhatsApp the day the machine is dispatched. Nothing leaves the factory without a photo of the packed crate sent to you first.

Delivery time by zone

Machines are built to order, so add the production time quoted to you when you book. We tell you the dispatch date in writing at the time of the order, and we do not change it.

If your town is not a big city, that is not a problem. Most of our machines go to small towns and highway locations, not metros. Tell us your nearest transport hub and we will quote to that point.

Freight cost — how it is calculated

Freight is charged separately from the machine price and depends on weight and distance. We do not hide it inside the machine price and we do not inflate it.

• We take a quote from the transporter for your city and show it to you before you confirm.
• Freight is paid by you directly to the transporter on delivery, or added to your invoice — your choice.
• Insurance during transit is included. If a machine is damaged in transport, we replace the damaged part free of cost.

GST and paperwork

Machine prices are quoted excluding GST. You receive a proper GST invoice with our GSTIN, so if you are registered you can claim input credit. For any state, we issue an e-way bill with the consignment — you do not have to arrange it.

Installation and training

For most locations, our technician or an authorised dealer installs the machine and trains your staff — how to set the gas pressure, mix the syrup, clean the nozzles, and what to check every morning.

Where a visit is not practical, we do a guided video installation on WhatsApp. The machine is simple enough that a shop owner can set it up in under an hour with us on the call. Either way you are not left with a crate and a manual.

Service after delivery — the part most buyers forget

A soda machine earns money only on the days it runs. That is why we keep 100+ service engineers and dealers across the country, and why we stock every wearing part — nozzles, solenoid valves, gaskets, carbonator pump, compressor.

• Phone and WhatsApp support any day of the week, including season Sundays.
• Spare parts couriered anywhere in India, usually the same day you call.
• Most faults are minor and can be fixed by your own staff over a video call.

Before you buy from anyone — us or a competitor — ask them one question: if my machine stops on a Sunday in peak summer, who picks up the phone? If they cannot answer clearly, keep looking.
